About the role

  • Support legacy web applications built on .NET Framework 4.8 (MVC) to ensure stability.
  • Develop new modules and services using .NET 8.
  • Maintain and optimize data access layers using Entity Framework 6 (for legacy) and EF Core (for modern apps).
  • Execute the migration of specific modules from legacy frameworks to .NET 8, ensuring zero downtime and data integrity.
  • Build user interfaces using Bootstrap 5 and implement new components with modern vanilla JS or Blazor.

Requirements

  • Proficient in both .NET Framework 4.8 (MVC) for legacy systems and .NET 8 for new service architecture.
  • Experience with Entity Framework 6 (EDMX/Code-First) and implementing EF Core in modern environments.
  • Advanced T-SQL scripting (stored procedures, views) and performance tuning (execution plans, indexing).
  • Bootstrap 5 for responsive layouts and jQuery for maintaining legacy client-side logic.
