About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 4 years experience in client work in a private or community/hospital settings
  • Registered with DA as an APD
  • Experience working with oncology clients highly regarded
  • Experience working in a variety of funding models highly regarded
  • Access to stable, private internet connection
  • PC or Laptop computer with camera and microphone
  • Familiarity with telehealth service provision
  • Excellent client centred focus along with effective communication/problem solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and good time management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of various funding models, including private health insurance, occupational rehabilitation and medicare rebatable services
  • Previous work experience in telehealth/digital health care would be highly considered.
  • Flexibility to increase hours into the future preferable
  • Demonstrated competence in the use of information technology and desktop applications; internet, word, spreadsheet, electronic medical record and database packages
