About the role
- Foster and develop strong client relationships.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client communications.
- Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
- Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
- Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
- Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage new client implementations.
- Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
- Participate in marketing and business development strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience
- Healthcare and RCM experience preferred
- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work
- Demonstrated skills in delivering results.
