About the role

  • Lead development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with executive and business teams to uncover insights and shape marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with short- and long-term business goals
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, revenue generation, and brand differentiation
  • Analyze market research, forecasts, competitive landscape, and consumer trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Oversee execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, print, SEO, social media, PR, and event channels
  • Manage development of compelling content and creative assets to communicate brand value across touchpoints
  • Lead creation and implementation of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and promotional campaigns
  • Evaluate campaign performance through KPIs, reporting, and optimization for improved ROI and customer engagement
  • Build and grow a results-driven marketing team; conduct regular team meetings and performance check-ins; provide leadership, training, and support
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget; forecast and report on marketing spend, P&L projections, and campaign ROI
  • Serve as marketing liaison to internal stakeholders and represent company at conventions, conferences, and trade shows
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, PR contacts, and strategic partners to amplify brand visibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
  • Proven success in building and executing cross-channel marketing strategies that drive growth
  • Strong understanding of digital, print, content, and social media marketing
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to use data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic direction
  • Demonstrated experience in budget planning and financial oversight
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, CMS systems, and design software
  • Established network of media and PR relationships is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
