About the role
- Reporting
- Create & maintain reporting in Salesforce and Excel across key performance indicators to track and analyze team performance.
- Support recurring leader meetings by maintaining reporting packages, updating content, and tracking action items.
- Generate ad hoc analyses of sales performance as requested to assess sales trends, weaknesses, opportunities, and processes.
- Sales Team Support
- Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing prompt and efficient resolution across a range of issues.
- Drive the onboarding process for new hires on the sales team, to ensure all new hires have the required tools, access, and enablement materials to onboard successfully.
- Processes
- Collaborate with sales leaders to review current sales processes and workflows to identify friction points, gaps, and improvements.
- Sales Tools
- Gain experience administrating sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate degree in economics, statistics, math, finance, business management, or related degrees.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to commit to an 11-week internship (20-30 hours weekly)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
