Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting
Create & maintain reporting in Salesforce and Excel across key performance indicators to track and analyze team performance.
Support recurring leader meetings by maintaining reporting packages, updating content, and tracking action items.
Generate ad hoc analyses of sales performance as requested to assess sales trends, weaknesses, opportunities, and processes.
Sales Team Support
Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing prompt and efficient resolution across a range of issues.
Drive the onboarding process for new hires on the sales team, to ensure all new hires have the required tools, access, and enablement materials to onboard successfully.
Processes
Collaborate with sales leaders to review current sales processes and workflows to identify friction points, gaps, and improvements.
Sales Tools
Gain experience administrating sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate degree in economics, statistics, math, finance, business management, or related degrees.
Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to commit to an 11-week internship (20-30 hours weekly)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
