Support product roadmap execution by helping translate company goals, customer needs, and team input into clear priorities and deliverables.
Partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to coordinate feature development, follow-ups, and release readiness.
Gather and synthesize customer, sales, support, and market feedback to help inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with product messaging, internal enablement materials, and go-to-market preparation alongside marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Write and maintain product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other supporting documentation.

Requirements

1-3 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product operations, business analysis, SaaS, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts, cloud technologies, and/or SaaS products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to support decision-making.
Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.
