About the role
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and operations leaders to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, feedback coordination, and offer support
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent, including targeted outreach, referrals, industry communities, and events
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess technical and cultural alignment
- Maintain accurate pipelines and candidate data in the ATS; provide hiring updates and insights to managers
- Improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience as the team grows
- Represent Specter Aerospace with professionalism, clarity, and enthusiasm
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
- Several years of recruiting experience, with strong exposure to engineering or technical roles
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed , etc
- Ability to understand and speak to technical concepts across engineering, manufacturing, and software domains (at a high level )
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Strong communication , organization, and project management skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
