About the role

  • Act as the product expert, understanding features, integrations, limitations, and business use.
  • Support requirement clarification, documentation, and alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to quality assurance by defining acceptance criteria and validating vendor or internal deliveries.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, vendors, and Product Owners to ensure clear communication and smooth delivery.
  • Maintain documentation and share product knowledge to ensure transparency and reduce dependencies.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement in team processes and product understanding.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working between business and development teams.
  • Understanding of integrations, APIs, and software fundamentals.
  • Requirement clarification and documentation experience.
  • Good communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience from retail, POS, clinics, or multi-site rollouts.
  • Process or system analysis experience (flows, diagrams, data mapping).
  • Testing or QA experience.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Understanding of environments, release flows, or CI/CD.
