About the role

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of three
  • Ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
  • Strengthen the partnership between Supply Chain Finance and the wider business
  • Work closely with cost‑centre owners, functional leaders, Group FP&A, and the Supply Chain Leadership Team
  • Translate data into meaningful insights to inform decisions impacting operations on a global scale
  • Oversee forecasting and budget cycles
  • Support external audit processes
  • Produce board‑level materials to help steer strategic direction

Requirements

  • A qualified accountant with post‑qualification experience
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Commercial awareness
  • Comfortable navigating complex information
  • Advanced Excel or Power BI skills are an added bonus
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed environment
