About the role
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of three
- Ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
- Strengthen the partnership between Supply Chain Finance and the wider business
- Work closely with cost‑centre owners, functional leaders, Group FP&A, and the Supply Chain Leadership Team
- Translate data into meaningful insights to inform decisions impacting operations on a global scale
- Oversee forecasting and budget cycles
- Support external audit processes
- Produce board‑level materials to help steer strategic direction
Requirements
- A qualified accountant with post‑qualification experience
- Strong analytical mindset
- Commercial awareness
- Comfortable navigating complex information
- Advanced Excel or Power BI skills are an added bonus
- Experience working in a global or matrixed environment
