About the role

  • Responsible for strengthening business performance, growing market share and maximising sales and profitability in the New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory region
  • Lead, develop and support a team of Regional Relationship Managers and Regional Training Managers
  • Work collaboratively with the State Director team and the Head of Retail Training Delivery to inform, develop and deliver the short, medium and long-term ANZ regional strategy
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in Retail and the wider business

Requirements

  • Significant experience in retail operations at a senior level within a comparable fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Proven experience dealing with or managing a franchise environment
  • Expertise in building business plans that encompass multiple stores and / or separate businesses
  • An inspiring leader with the ability to build strategic and meaningful business relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • A strong influencer with proven experience implementing successful change initiatives
