About the role
- Support the Global Store Design team with research, brief writing, idea generation, drawings, and visualisation
- Develop new concepts and specifications that reflect innovation and consistency
- Contribute to the delivery and evaluation of regional trials
- Create accurate manuals and standards for new design elements
- Produce effective 2D and 3D visuals using a range of tools
- Maintain databases and manage design risk assessments
- Prepare concise technical packs to support execution across global markets
- Champion platforms like SharePoint and Teams, and help prepare presentation packs for working groups and governance forums
- Support the team with administration, including purchase orders and invoicing
Requirements
- Experience in store design and/or design management
- Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit
- Solid understanding of retail equipment, materials, and design-supporting technology
- Experience in Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to influence stakeholders while championing change
