About the role
- play a key role in shaping how initiatives are defined, prioritised and delivered
- partner closely with colleagues across supply chain and the wider business
- bring structure and clarity to change
- work alongside supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams to understand current processes and future ways of working
- facilitate workshops and document requirements
- analyse 'as is' and 'to be' processes
- support better decision making and effective delivery of supply chain initiatives
- contribute to development and consistent use of business analysis standards, tools and ways of working within the PMO
Requirements
- strong experience in business analysis and process improvement within a supply chain or operational environment
- comfortable applying methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
- confident facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders
- skilled at translating complex activity into clear, actionable insight
- strong analytical capability
- attention to detail
- ability to build trusted relationships in a global, matrixed organisation
