About the role

  • play a key role in shaping how initiatives are defined, prioritised and delivered
  • partner closely with colleagues across supply chain and the wider business
  • bring structure and clarity to change
  • work alongside supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams to understand current processes and future ways of working
  • facilitate workshops and document requirements
  • analyse 'as is' and 'to be' processes
  • support better decision making and effective delivery of supply chain initiatives
  • contribute to development and consistent use of business analysis standards, tools and ways of working within the PMO

Requirements

  • strong experience in business analysis and process improvement within a supply chain or operational environment
  • comfortable applying methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
  • confident facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders
  • skilled at translating complex activity into clear, actionable insight
  • strong analytical capability
  • attention to detail
  • ability to build trusted relationships in a global, matrixed organisation
