Financial Planning and Analysis

• Execute capital strategy and support project and corporate level financings including debt, tax equity and equity fundraises
• Build/modify financial models and conduct economic analysis for BESS projects and portfolios
• Prepare presentations for investors, lenders and the company’s Investment Committee
• Coordinate due diligence logs, consultant reports and third-party documentation requests
• Conduct due diligence on greenfield development and acquisition opportunities
• Collaborate with Development & Construction, Engineering, and Asset Management to manage ongoing financing requirements
• Review amendments for material project documents and coordinate approvals with financing parties
• Maintain relationships with financial investors and manage compliance, tracking models and external reporting deliverables
