About the role

  • Lead end-to-end management of security review projects, including kickoff calls, regular sync meetings, findings reviews, and closeout sessions
  • Prepare projects for kickoff by coordinating technical requirements, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
  • Ensure audit introduction and retrospective processes run smoothly across all engagements
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address potential blockers or delays
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle to maintain engagement, process integrity, and overall quality
  • Maintain clear communication channels between client and delivery teams throughout project lifecycle
  • Verify that all lifecycle steps (from introduction to retrospective) are properly followed
  • Review technical reports for quality and completeness, ensuring all findings are properly documented
  • Dive into each audit enough to understand the topic, technical discussions, and code context
  • Step in to support technical teams when tasks are incomplete or need additional coordination
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and tact when challenges arise
  • Schedule and facilitate debrief calls between sales, clients, and technical project managers
  • Ensure clients receive comprehensive support from project start to finish
  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and technical credibility
  • Feed product insights back into our product and services roadmap
  • Shape the roadmap through collaboration by translating client challenges and ecosystem trends into product opportunities that influence what our product team builds next
  • Provide feedback on researcher performance and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Support administrative system upgrades to CRMs, fine-tuning the instance as organizational needs evolve
  • Quickly gain context on complex technical security situations to facilitate effective communication
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance client delivery and team efficiency
  • Act as a bridge between technical research teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Coordinate task distribution and maintain clear audit plans to ensure full coverage
  • Monitor team engagement and collaboration throughout projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in cybersecurity, blockchain, or Web3 ecosystems
  • Able to participate in technical discussions, understand the topic as well as code context
  • Working knowledge of security audit processes, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing methodologies
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent technical projects with competing priorities
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through delivery while maintaining quality standards
  • High level of professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive security information
  • Customer-centric mindset with commitment to exceptional service delivery.
