About the role
- Campaign Management: Execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns to hit LTV:CAC and subscriber goals.
- Creative Testing: Partner with design to test and iterate creative assets at a high velocity.
- Data Analysis: Monitor performance daily to drive optimization and learnings.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Central, Design, Analytics, and Content to align strategies and maximize output.
- Strategic growth initiatives: testing, discovering, and managing new growth channels to drive user acquisition
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid UA campaigns (Meta, Google) for both web and mobile.
- Proven track record optimizing for LTV:CAC across performance-focused campaigns.
- Proficiency in campaign-level data analysis and rapid A/B testing.
- Strong creative instincts with experience partnering closely with design teams to test and optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
- Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Bonus if you have experience with subscription business models and/or mobile gaming
- Bonus if you have a strong experimentation mindset to test new channels
- Bonus if you have full funnel marketing experience, inclusive of lifecycle/CRM
- Native French. Additional European languages, such as Italian, Spanish, Polish are a plus.
