About the role
- Performance monitoring: Conduct a monthly analysis of activity volumes
- Maintain detailed revenue tracking by offer/product type
- Produce ad hoc analyses at management's request
- Formalize operational recommendations
- Actively contribute to the preparation of the annual budget
- Implement revenue projection models
- Monitor variances between actuals and forecasts
- Participate in the continuous improvement of forecasting tools
- Perform margin calculations by program
- Produce economic analysis reports
- Work closely with the sales teams
- Build and maintain dynamic dashboards
Requirements
- Advanced degree in finance, management, or economics (Master's in Finance)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Strong expertise in management control
- Knowledge of brokerage or insurance activities is a plus
