About the role
- Meet and exceed an individual sales target of up to $10M+ annually
- Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales process across Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, and NetSuite, including pipeline generation, deal strategy, contract negotiation, and close
- Work collaboratively to develop a growth strategy for Oracle Fusion
- Identify, develop, and prioritize Oracle market offerings that fit enterprise client needs
- Develop and execute account plans for enterprise clients, focusing on long-term growth and partnership
- Oversee and lead Oracle sales pipeline and align with revenue targets for ERP, EPM and related service lines
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand engagements within existing accounts
- Partner closely with solution architects and practice leader to scope, position, and close high value services and platform engagements
- Drive market presence through enterprise relationship development, Oracle alliance coordination, events, and targeted thought leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding complex client environments and associated challenges, providing high-value solutions that align with strategic goals
Requirements
- Proven success scaling a new market or offering within a consulting environment
- Experienced selling to enterprise-level clients
- Proven business development skills with ability to attain sales targets from alliances and/or originations
- Deep functional and/or technical understanding of Oracle Fusion cloud-based solutions
- Strong business operations skills (e.g., developing a forecast and business plan, managing towards margin and utilization goals)
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with a diverse team of consultants, sales executives, and solution architects
- Existing knowledge of and relationships within the Oracle Fusion channel
- Experience leading sales motions through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review/approval sessions
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively engage with CxOs and senior decision makers
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, and/or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
