About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Communicate system changes, enhancements, and options clearly
Provide user support, including guidance on application navigation and functionality
Design, develop, and enhance features within a PowerApps Canvas App using Dataverse
Serve as the sole technical lead for the application
Implement and maintain Power Automate workflows
Develop and maintain Power BI reports
Troubleshoot application and workflow issues
Conduct QA testing in Development and Test environments
Manage and prioritize backlog items

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of relevant experience
Strong experience with:
Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
Power Automate
Dataverse
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently as a solo developer and technical lead
Experience gathering and documenting technical requirements (Preferred)
Experience working in Agile environments (Preferred)
Prior experience as a sole developer on a project (Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree required
