Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python.
Modernize and re-engineer legacy processes using open-source technologies (Python with PySpark or R) and modern design patterns.
Refactor and re-architect server-based applications into serverless architectures.
Convert procedural logic, stored procedures, and functions into optimized PostgreSQL (PL/pgSQL).
Develop, maintain, and support existing SAS processes (primarily SAS Base).
Work within a Linux environment, leveraging containerization and orchestration tools.
Analyze and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Utilize Git for version control and collaborate through code reviews.
Perform testing and ensure code quality and deployment readiness.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Python (including PySpark) – 4+ years
