Supply Chain

• This role has responsibility for the management of all supply chain activities for the business with primary focus on safe execution of customer service levels/OTA, production planning/ capacity, and inventory deployment (working capital), and inventory accuracy (cycle count) Identify and execute cost savings plans and gross margin improvement in alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain strategic initiatives for all raw material and finished good inventory to meet service levels and business objectives. Lead the SIOP processes to ensure collaboration between supply and demand organizations within business and execute plans.

• Key leadership position and important member of Spartech’s EHS team.
• Responsible for Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Planning of the EHS improvement efforts in collaboration and conformance with Spartech’s policies.
• Responsible for leading training systems across all plants.
• Ensures in full compliance with all corporate, city, county, state and federal government Safety, Health and Environmental laws and regulations.
• Responsible for product stewardship: obtain regulatory declarations (TSCA, RoHS, etc.) for raw materials, SDS creation for products, Article Information Sheet creation for products.
• Remote position with travel requirements to the respective manufacturing plants.
• This position reports to the Director of EHS.

Senior Manager, EH&S

Controller

• Sr. Manufacturing Controller leads Spartech’s manufacturing accounting functions, including the monthly accounting close and costing processes within the ERP environment.
• This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and insightful reporting of plant results, with a major focus on driving continuous improvement across both system-based and manual accounting close processes.
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in manufacturing accounting, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for streamlining workflows.
• This position is broad-ranging and plays a key role within the Finance organization, while being hands-on, with significant exposure to the Operations organization and wider Finance teams.
• Areas of impact include leading a team to develop, scale and automate accounting processes, systems, reports, and workflows.
• This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and oversees a total team of three controllers / accountants.
