About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operational support in day-to-day operations with direct client contact: contributing to ongoing customer projects and coaching programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You bring strong communication skills and empathy for diverse client needs
  • You have initial practical experience in a customer-facing environment and work independently
  • You are well organized and can effortlessly juggle multiple tasks
  • As a true team player, you are eager to continuously develop
  • A good foundation — but not required — is a degree in (business) psychology, business administration with a focus on HR/organization, or a comparable program at the intersection of business, people and organization
  • You speak German at native level and have very good English skills.
