Sales Development Representative – f/m/d
SparrksSales Development Representative building and managing lead pipeline for a rapidly growing HR-Tech startup. Collaborating with founders and driving B2B sales through effective communication.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will work closely with the founders and the entire Sparrks Growth Team
- The focus of your role is clearly on phone outreach and the structured development of your own lead pipeline
- You identify promising target companies and relevant contacts (primarily HR, People & Culture, and leadership)
- You proactively perform initial phone outreach and conduct persuasive, professional conversations
- You qualify leads and independently manage your pipeline – from first contact to scheduling meetings
- You book high-quality meetings for our sales team, laying the foundation for new customer relationships
- You work in a data-driven way using modern tools (e.g., HubSpot and dialing tools) to continuously optimize your contact and conversion rates
- You actively contribute to the further development of our outbound strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- You enjoy talking on the phone – and you want to become excellent at it
- You have some experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles (e.g., internship, working student role, or junior position)
- You are a good listener, can build trust quickly, and argue your case clearly
- You have a good sense of language, timing, and handling objections
- You work in a structured way, follow through, and take ownership of your pipeline
- You are interested in HR, leadership, and personal development
- You are a team player and eager to continuously improve
- You have native-level German proficiency
