About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

From day one you will take responsibility for your own tasks and actively support the Customer Success team and our legendary events
Operational support in day-to-day business with direct customer contact: contributing to ongoing client projects and coaching programs
Preparing presentations, analyses, and materials to support decision-making
Supporting the preparation and execution of pitches and reports
Assisting with the organization and execution of customer and Sparrks events
Co-creating and taking ownership of our trade show presence at Zukunft Personal Europe

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have strong communication skills and empathy for diverse customer needs
You have initial practical experience in a customer-facing environment and work independently
You are well organized and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
As a true team player, you are eager to continuously develop
A relevant degree is an advantage but not required — e.g. (business) psychology, business administration with a focus on HR/organization, or a comparable program at the intersection of business, people, and organization
You are a native German speaker and have very good English skills.
