About the role
- From day one you will take responsibility and make a real impact.
- You will work closely with the founders and the entire Sparrks Growth Team.
- The focus of your role is clearly on outbound calling and the structured development of your own lead pipeline.
- You identify promising target companies and the relevant contact persons (primarily HR, People & Culture, and leadership).
- You proactively conduct initial outreach by phone and hold persuasive conversations at eye level.
- You complement your outreach with email (LinkedIn plays a minor role for us).
- You qualify leads and independently manage your pipeline – from first contact to scheduling appointments.
- You book high-quality meetings for our Sales team, laying the foundation for new customer relationships.
- You work in a data-driven way with modern tools (e.g., HubSpot & dialing tools) to continuously optimize your reachability and conversion rates.
- You actively contribute to the development of our outbound strategies.
Requirements
- You enjoy making calls – and you want to become really good at it.
- You have initial experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles (e.g., internship, working student, or junior position).
- You are a good listener, build trust quickly, and can argue your case clearly.
- You have a good sense of language, timing, and objection handling.
- You work in a structured way, follow through, and take ownership of your pipeline.
- You are interested in HR, leadership, and personal development.
- You are a team player and want to continuously improve.
- You speak German at native level.
