Sparksoft is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to be part of our team supporting a multi-year CMS contract.
The Full Stack Developer will work under the supervision of the Development Manager and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Java and Angular.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions that meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a good foundation with Web Application Portal, Single Sign On, JEE platform, AWS Serverless architecture, Microservice development using Java, Angular, Typescript, Web Content Accessibility/USDS, UX, HTML5, CSS5, DynamoDB and Aurora DB. Should be exposed to a broad range of technologies across all layers of architecture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of Application Development
2 to 4 years of experience developing code using AWS Serverless Architecture, Native services and containers
2 to 3 years of experience with supporting applications on AWS.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Python etc.)
Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular/ Typescript/ React)
Experience in a scripting language (JavaScript)
Database management (DynamoDB)
API development and integration
DevOps and deployment
Testing and debugging
Security and data protection
Performance optimization
Version control (Git)
Agile and Scrum methodologies
Project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
Adaptability and Flexibility, Time Management and Prioritization
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years.
