About the role
- Collaborate with Product Owners to break down complex business needs into clearly defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that reflect stakeholder objectives.
- Engage with business, operations, and technical stakeholders to elicit and document complete user stories, ensuring readiness for presentation during refinement sessions.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring traceability from requirements through delivery and closure.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring solutions meet both functional needs and strategic goals.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating delivered features align with business expectations.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analyses, and use data insights to drive continuous product and process enhancements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- 4+ years related Business Analyst experience supporting Agile teams with a track record of successful delivery.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC.
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and standard project documentation practices.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- U.S. residency for at least 3 of the past 5 years and the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
