Requirements
- At least eight years of experience as a UX designer on product teams in a professional environment Experience designing solutions within complex service environments Proficient in UX/UI prototyping tools (preferably Figma). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Experience working in agile development environments Knowledge of Web Accessibility Standards and (preferably Section 508 experience) Ability to work independently and produce excellent results despite technical limitations and time constraints A portfolio to showcase a sharp eye for detail, robust design process, and visual aesthetics. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years
