About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support operations controlling for the client's business units
Perform analytical evaluations of operational activities and identify optimization potential
Develop proactive recommendations for action based on your analyses
Contribute to operational planning together with Senior Controlling Managers
Build and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and reports
Work closely with divisional controllers and the central controlling team
Gradually develop into the role of a holdings controller
Support the further growth of the corporate group

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in a business-related field (ideally in Controlling, Finance, or Accounting)
Initial practical experience in controlling or data analysis is an advantage but not required
Strong numerical aptitude and enjoyment of analytical tasks
IT affinity: quick learning of tools and efficient use of digital applications
Solution-oriented, agile mindset – you shape processes rather than merely manage them
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
