Taking over operations controlling for our business units in close cooperation with management and specialist departments
Analyzing operational business, identifying variances and deriving concrete actions
Further development of KPIs, dashboards and reports
Supporting planning, forecasting and management
Linking financial figures to operational reality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid controlling experience with a focus on operational management
Confident understanding of P&L, cash flow and cost structures
Ideally experience in operational controlling within project-oriented environments
Analytical strength: you investigate variances and derive actions
Future-oriented thinking: forecasting rather than rearview analysis
Confident use of Excel, ERP systems and ideally BI tools
Ability to present complex issues in a clear and understandable way
