About the role
- Independently manage participation controlling for designated group companies
- Prepare thorough analyses, reports, forecasts and budgets as a basis for management decision-making
- Prepare and present decision proposals to management committees
- Provide professional advice to executive management and operational units on financial matters with a focus on improving efficiency
- Lead and coordinate cross-departmental corporate initiatives
- Qualify business units and subsidiaries through targeted training measures
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Finance or Controlling
- Several years of experience in controlling, preferably in an international industrial environment
- Solid knowledge of participation controlling, cost accounting and HGB/IFRS
- Fluent German and English language skills at C1 level
- Independent, structured way of working with strong problem-solving skills and a professional appearance
