About the role
- Oversee one or more units within participation controlling
- Prepare analyses, reports, forecasts and budget plans
- Develop and present decision papers and recommendations
- Advise business units and company management on financial and economic matters
- Coordinate and communicate between company divisions
- Strengthen analytical capabilities through targeted training
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering
- Several years of experience in controlling, preferably in an internationally oriented industrial company
- Expertise in participation controlling, cost accounting and external financial accounting
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
