About the role

  • Work with team of designers, project managers, and developers to turn solutions into high-quality, well-tested websites and applications that are accessible to as many people as possible
  • Help craft solutions to client needs, recognizing constraints of each unique situation
  • Ship quality web products while collaborating with teams
  • Be mindful of deployment, commit history, refactoring, web accessibility, sustainability and other development best practices
  • Explore AI tools and their applications in work
  • Present work to clients and interact with stakeholders

Requirements

  • 4+ years delivering features as a frontend web developer
  • JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Frontend frameworks such as React, Svelte, Vue or Angular
  • Modern CSS
  • Clean, semantic HTML
  • Web Components
  • Git, Github or other version control
  • Automated Testing (unit, E2E)
  • Experience communicating with internal teams and external clients and stakeholders
  • Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher) and Progressive Enhancement
  • Exploration of AI tools and their applications
  • Passion and humility
  • Comfortable presenting work
  • Strong desire to continually learn and advance skills
  • Willingness to dig deep on product design and development lifecycle
