About the role
- Work with team of designers, project managers, and developers to turn solutions into high-quality, well-tested websites and applications that are accessible to as many people as possible
- Help craft solutions to client needs, recognizing constraints of each unique situation
- Ship quality web products while collaborating with teams
- Be mindful of deployment, commit history, refactoring, web accessibility, sustainability and other development best practices
- Explore AI tools and their applications in work
- Present work to clients and interact with stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years delivering features as a frontend web developer
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- Frontend frameworks such as React, Svelte, Vue or Angular
- Modern CSS
- Clean, semantic HTML
- Web Components
- Git, Github or other version control
- Automated Testing (unit, E2E)
- Experience communicating with internal teams and external clients and stakeholders
- Accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher) and Progressive Enhancement
- Exploration of AI tools and their applications
- Passion and humility
- Comfortable presenting work
- Strong desire to continually learn and advance skills
- Willingness to dig deep on product design and development lifecycle
