Key responsibilities & impact

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone.
Assist customers with the mobile app, including booking a car, explaining features, and addressing pricing and billing questions.
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, aiming for a swift resolution.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our EV fleet, including charging procedures and vehicle features.
Registering complains of customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent.
English Language (B2 or higher)
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or rental industry will be considered an advantage.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Independent Microsoft Office user.
