About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle day-to-day accounting: accounts payable & receivable, postings, and reconciliations
Ensure accurate bookkeeping in line with local requirements and IFRS
Maintain clear and organized accounting documentation
Prepare VAT declarations, Intrastat, and statistical reports
Support audits
Assist the Financial Controller and contribute to ongoing improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2+ years of experience in accounting or audit
Ability to work independently and manage your responsibilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance
Strong MS Excel skills and confidence using digital tools
Fluent in Lithuanian and English
Nice to have: Experience with Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Progress toward ACCA or similar certification
