Key responsibilities & impact

Complete day-to-day transactional tasks within the accounting department.
Posting and processing journal entries, bills and invoices
Creating reports
Posting and processing bills & invoices
Complete bank reconciliations
Schedule fixed assets
Data entry into accounting system
Verify cash flow availability
Create reports
HST and QST filing
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in English and in-depth knowledge of MS Office
Reliability, discretion, and confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
Comfortable completing transactional and repetitive work
1+ years of general accounting experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
Valid driver’s license
