About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead project planning, coordinate internal resources, and ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Manage workflows, optimizing resource allocation, maintaining visibility into progress and risks, and driving projects toward successful completion.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and task boards.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and scope to deliver projects efficiently and profitably.
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and internal project reviews.
- Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate when needed.
- Ensure deliverables are accurate, tested, and ready for client review.
- Partner with the Account Manager to provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Own, maintain, and share project documentation for transparency and accountability.
- Seek opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and team efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a comparable role.
- Background in agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience in a software or digital agency environment.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and resource management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Teamwork, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities.
- NICE TO HAVE BA in Marketing or relevant industry experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or healthcare software projects.
- Certifications (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).
