About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead project planning, coordinate internal resources, and ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Manage workflows, optimizing resource allocation, maintaining visibility into progress and risks, and driving projects toward successful completion.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and task boards.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and scope to deliver projects efficiently and profitably.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and internal project reviews.
  • Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate when needed.
  • Ensure deliverables are accurate, tested, and ready for client review.
  • Partner with the Account Manager to provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Own, maintain, and share project documentation for transparency and accountability.
  • Seek opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and team efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a comparable role.
  • Background in agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Experience in a software or digital agency environment.
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and resource management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Teamwork, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • NICE TO HAVE BA in Marketing or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or healthcare software projects.
  • Certifications (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).
