About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support data preparation and validation for AI use cases
- Assist with data cleaning and structuring for AI applications
- Support post-processing of AI outputs (e.g., validation, clustering, annotation)
- Assist with discovery and analysis activities
- Help prepare and analyze data for discovery phases
- Summarize insights from user interviews, market analyses, and internal metrics
- Develop and research new concepts
- Prepare summaries and insights to support decision-making in discovery
- Participate in feature testing and quality assurance
- Perform manual tests for new features
- Document edge cases and unexpected behavior to support QA and product improvements
- Maintain and improve internal product documentation
- Document features and processes and keep them up to date
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (BWL) or a related field
- Bring analytical thinking, initiative, and authenticity
- Be curious and motivated to dive deep into spare parts management and MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul)
- Interest in data analytics, enjoy working with data, derive insights, and have a basic understanding of statistics
- Available 15–20 hours per week on-site in Stuttgart or Munich
- Fluent in German and English
