About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support data preparation and validation for AI use cases
  • Assist with data cleaning and structuring for AI applications
  • Support post-processing of AI outputs (e.g., validation, clustering, annotation)
  • Assist with discovery and analysis activities
  • Help prepare and analyze data for discovery phases
  • Summarize insights from user interviews, market analyses, and internal metrics
  • Develop and research new concepts
  • Prepare summaries and insights to support decision-making in discovery
  • Participate in feature testing and quality assurance
  • Perform manual tests for new features
  • Document edge cases and unexpected behavior to support QA and product improvements
  • Maintain and improve internal product documentation
  • Document features and processes and keep them up to date

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently studying Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (BWL) or a related field
  • Bring analytical thinking, initiative, and authenticity
  • Be curious and motivated to dive deep into spare parts management and MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul)
  • Interest in data analytics, enjoy working with data, derive insights, and have a basic understanding of statistics
  • Available 15–20 hours per week on-site in Stuttgart or Munich
  • Fluent in German and English
