About the role

  • You will independently manage projects for well-known industrial clients within the SPARETECH portfolio
  • In close collaboration with our Customer Success Managers, you will analyze datasets and derive concrete recommendations for action
  • You will contribute directly to improving our customers' data quality
  • Increase customers' data quality by using our software to create material master data and bills of materials and by conducting research on spare parts and product data
  • Support the team in client collaboration by preparing research results and data and creating presentations
  • Contribute to the internal development of our Golden Layer as the central data interface of our software
  • Actively shape the further development of our internal processes and quality standards through automation and targeted use of AI use cases

Requirements

  • You love working with (product) data and are comfortable handling large datasets
  • You have strong analytical thinking, initiative, and a structured, detail-oriented work style
  • You have advanced MS Excel skills and initial experience with AI tools
  • You want to help inspire customers to rethink the digital world of spare parts through our innovative software
  • You are studying Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
  • You are available 16–20 hours per week and speak fluent German and very good English
