About the role
- Take ownership of projects for prominent industrial clients from the SPARETECH portfolio
- Analyze datasets and derive concrete recommendations for action
- Optimize our customers' data quality by creating material master data and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Support the Professional Support and Service team in resolving user issues
- Contribute internally to the development of our Golden Layer as the central data interface of our software
- Further develop processes and quality standards through automation and the application of AI use cases
Requirements
- You enjoy working with (product) data and are comfortable handling large datasets
- You have strong analytical thinking, initiative, and a structured, detail-oriented working style
- You have excellent MS Excel skills and initial experience with AI tools
- You want to help inspire customers to rethink the digital world of spare parts through our innovative software
- You are studying computer science, business, or engineering
- You are available 16–20 hours per week and speak fluent German and very good English
