About the role

  • Take ownership of projects for prominent industrial clients from the SPARETECH portfolio
  • Analyze datasets and derive concrete recommendations for action
  • Optimize our customers' data quality by creating material master data and bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Support the Professional Support and Service team in resolving user issues
  • Contribute internally to the development of our Golden Layer as the central data interface of our software
  • Further develop processes and quality standards through automation and the application of AI use cases

Requirements

  • You enjoy working with (product) data and are comfortable handling large datasets
  • You have strong analytical thinking, initiative, and a structured, detail-oriented working style
  • You have excellent MS Excel skills and initial experience with AI tools
  • You want to help inspire customers to rethink the digital world of spare parts through our innovative software
  • You are studying computer science, business, or engineering
  • You are available 16–20 hours per week and speak fluent German and very good English
