About the role
- You are the central point of contact for our international partners and maintain long-term business relationships.
- You identify relevant companies, convince them of a collaboration, and win them as sellers of spare parts on our platform.
- You analyze your partners' click and sales data, derive measures to increase revenue, and thereby actively contribute to our shared success.
- You further develop existing partnerships and identify opportunities for additional cooperation.
- You continuously collect feedback from partners and the market, identify areas for improvement, and contribute your own ideas for new features or services.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and professional experience in sales, purchasing, or business development — ideally in mechanical engineering, trade/retail, or electronics.
- You demonstrate empathy, strong negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented work style.
- You recognize opportunities in data and translate them into actions to increase revenue.
- You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
- You roll up your sleeves where needed and support your colleagues to achieve common goals.
