About the role

  • You are the central point of contact for our international partners and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • You identify relevant companies, convince them of a collaboration, and win them as sellers of spare parts on our platform.
  • You analyze your partners' click and sales data, derive measures to increase revenue, and thereby actively contribute to our shared success.
  • You further develop existing partnerships and identify opportunities for additional cooperation.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and professional experience in sales, purchasing, or business development — ideally in mechanical engineering, trade/retail, or electronics.
  • You demonstrate empathy, strong negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented work style.
  • You recognize opportunities in data and translate them into actions to increase revenue.
  • You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
  • You roll up your sleeves where needed and support your colleagues to achieve common goals.
