Senior Sales Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- design customized technical solutions to meet customer requirements
- interface directly with customers to promote and sell Magnetics products
- design inductors and transformers to meet customer needs
- work with direct accounts and distributor sales teams to review sales plans
- provide technical training and support to Magnetics Sales Engineers
- create and execute business plans to grow Magnetics’ market share
- prepare and deliver sales and technical presentations
- collaborate with marketing, engineering, and production to implement strategies
- manage customer support to meet customer needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in Sales, Engineering, or Business Development in a technical environment
- ability to communicate in German, Italian, or Spanish is preferred
