About the role

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Create and maintain a robust and healthy pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing and contacting prospects using various outbound methods, such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, etc.
  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Lead in-depth product demos to showcase the Spacewise solution’s value to prospective clients, tailoring the use-cases and functionality to demonstrate how it addresses their specific needs.
  • Solution selling: Collaborate with prospects and clients to understand their unique challenges and business goals. Present Spacewise's comprehensive suite of solutions and services that align with clients' needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of how Spacewise can provide value.
  • Carry out all sales related activities: Engage in calls, social media interactions, online demos, in-person meetings, presentations, industry events and conferences, proposal writing, contract drafting, and negotiations to move prospects through the sales pipeline to a signed agreement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Use creativity to leverage internal resources and insights, work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Participate in industry events: Build your professional network and promote our company at relevant industry events.
  • Maintain precise records of prospect interactions: Manage your sales pipeline, forecast sales, and track opportunities with accuracy.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, detailing progress toward goals and pipeline status.
  • Achieve revenue goals: Consistently meet or exceed your sales targets.
  • Customer onboarding and support: Transition new customers to Customer Success and assist where needed with onboarding and adoption to ensure they are set up for success. Act as a point of contact until the customer is transitioned to the customer success team.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features or services.
  • Market research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats. Use this information to refine sales strategies and better position the SaaS product.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, skilled in managing and closing complex, high-value deals
  • Experience selling into commercial real estate or multi-unit retail
  • You have a consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals
  • A hunter mindset. You thrive on the thrill of pursuing new business opportunities and driving growth through proactive outreach
  • Are a self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • You have a consistent track record of exceeding your quota and revenue goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort selling to executives at the VP level and C-Suite
  • Experience in demonstrating software to customers/prospects
  • Proficiency using CRM and sales outbound sales tools, Google Workspace, and the Microsoft Suite (or similar software)
  • You like a fast paced work style, excel under pressure, and enjoy taking on challenges
  • You have a personal sales approach and are capable of crafting compelling narratives and leveraging data to effectively engage prospects and influence outcomes
  • You are a strategic, curious, and creative thinker and have proven ability to develop innovative solutions with a strong track record of success
  • You are proficient in pipeline development and demonstrate a solid methodology for prospecting and independently building a robust sales pipeline
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an added benefit
