Sales Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Qualify inbound leads and run targeted outbound campaigns in your region
- Engage prospects through 25–50 daily calls and 50–100 targeted emails
- Secure meetings with C-level and key decision makers
- Keep your pipeline up to date in our CRM (Salesforce) and use data to improve your results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally 2+ years as SDR
- Strong communication skills and confidence in a high-volume outbound environment
- Native German speaking
- Availability to work on-site in our Ratingen and Arnhem office at least 2 days per week
- A proactive, curious mindset and genuine interest in sustainability and energy efficiency
