About the role
- LinkedIn recruiting: You identify suitable candidates on LinkedIn, proactively approach them, and excite them about our positions.
- Application process: You conduct structured interviews and screen candidates to determine whether they are a good fit for our company.
- Test assignments: You prepare case studies/test tasks, organize their execution, and evaluate the results together with the team.
- Team-fit calls: You hold personal conversations with candidates to ensure cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Close coordination with management and team leads to understand needs and continuously optimize recruiting strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an agency or start-up environment.
- Confident in conducting interviews — both structured and empathetic.
- Strong communication skills, a confident presence, and enjoyment of direct interaction.
- Organizational talent with clear structure, while remaining flexible to new ideas.
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiting and modern HR tools is a plus.
