About the role

  • LinkedIn recruiting: You identify suitable candidates on LinkedIn, proactively approach them, and excite them about our positions.
  • Application process: You conduct structured interviews and screen candidates to determine whether they are a good fit for our company.
  • Test assignments: You prepare case studies/test tasks, organize their execution, and evaluate the results together with the team.
  • Team-fit calls: You hold personal conversations with candidates to ensure cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Close coordination with management and team leads to understand needs and continuously optimize recruiting strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an agency or start-up environment.
  • Confident in conducting interviews — both structured and empathetic.
  • Strong communication skills, a confident presence, and enjoyment of direct interaction.
  • Organizational talent with clear structure, while remaining flexible to new ideas.
  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiting and modern HR tools is a plus.
