About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive the execution of business strategy across the region, identifying risks, opportunities and structural improvements that unlock sustainable growth.
- Act as the voice of the retail channel, shaping business-wide decisions by translating field insight into clear strategic recommendations.
- Drive regional delivery of sales budgets, LFL growth, ATV, AUS and conversion through strategic direction, insight-led prioritisation and Area Manager enablement.
- Collaborate with Loss Prevention and Compliance leaders to strengthen regional controls, mitigate risk and embed scalable, best-in-class operating standards.
- Build a high-performing leadership pipeline by developing Area Managers as commercial leaders, coaches and change drivers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven leader of leaders, with experience developing multi-layered management structures through influence rather than control
- Enterprise-level strategic thinker with the ability to scale performance and lead complex transformation
- Commercially astute, data-led and insight-driven in decision-making.
