About the role
- Own backend architecture, coding standards, best practices, and high-quality work
- Build scalable, high-quality Java applications
- Work with detail and easily adapts to new circumstances
- Collaborate in a professional team for a major client in the construction industry
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers
- Stay current with backend trends and propose improvements
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years of experience with Java
- Experience with PostgreSQL; if also MongoDB it's a plus
- Knowledge of Docker and working with Azure
- Strong familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with any modern FE framework (Vue, React or Angular) is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Must be based in Brazil
