About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to deeply understand and clarify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Navigate the entire product lifecycle as a full-stack engineer: from requirements gathering, scoping, and planning, through to implementation and deployment, leveraging advanced AI tools to accelerate and optimize every stage.
Break down and explain technical concepts clearly during client interactions and team discussions.
Move fluidly across the application layers, utilizing AI tools to rapidly upskill and deliver on varied engineering challenges. While our primary stack is TypeScript/Vue.js on the frontend and Java or Python on the backend, we value strong foundational engineering skills that allow you to adapt as project directions evolve.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code guided by strong development principles.
Conduct code reviews and actively participate in team knowledge sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional software development experience: Experience with Java, Python, TypeScript, or Vue.js is a plus, but we value your ability to adapt to new stacks and collaborate with the team to ship value in the technology best suited for the project.
Tech-Agnostic Mindset: A strong foundation in core development principles (OOP, functional programming, clean code, architecture) rather than being tied to a single language or framework
AI-Augmented Workflow: Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.) as a natural part of your workflow, to accelerate development, learn new stacks quickly, and automate routine tasks
Adaptability: Ability to broaden or shift technical focus to meet evolving project goals - whether front-end, back-end, or new technologies
Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
