About the role

Build scalable, high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features for web and mobile platforms.
Maintain and optimize the frontend with JavaScript frameworks like Turbo and/or Stimulus.
Oversee integration of third-party services such as Twilio, SendGrid, and Stripe.
Ensure the application’s infrastructure on Heroku and AWS is stable, secure, and scalable.
Contribute to managing AWS Aurora for MySQL databases, ensuring efficient access to data.
Develop, maintain, and enforce code quality and security standards.
Drive deployment with robust CI/CD practices.

5+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with strong Ruby on Rails expertise.
Proficiency in JavaScript (jQuery, Stimulus).
Experience in database management, particularly MySQL or AWS.
Hands-on experience with Heroku, AWS services, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing suites, and GitHub workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as a team.
Strong attention to detail in maintaining code quality and security standards.
