About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full sales cycle within a defined territory
  • Proactively prospect for new clients and nurture qualified leads
  • Maximize revenue from the existing customer base through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives
  • Accurately manage a rolling 90-day sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Collaborate closely with the broader account team and Customer Success to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Professional working fluency in English, Swedish and either Danish or Norwegian (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written)
  • Demonstrated capacity to take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial lead to deal closure
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Documented track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
