About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support full-lifecycle IT transformations, including feasibility assessments, application/process migrations, knowledge transfer, and operational stabilization.
Contribute to the architecture and deployment of standardized IT operating models within Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services environments.
Manage project timelines, track dependencies, mitigate technical risks, and maintain robust documentation across transformation workstreams.
Partner with IT, Finance, HR, and Procurement teams to facilitate client workshops, manage communications, and secure stakeholder alignment.
Map enterprise systems and service workflows to identify automation opportunities and drive continuous service improvements

Requirements
